Gertrude Press seeks written and visual art regarding LGBT stereotypes

In celebration of the 15th issue of Gertrude, the editors are calling for entries for a themed issue: Gertrude’s Gayest Issue Ever.
http://www.gertrude press.org/

We are seeking writing and visual art that explores, celebrates, or subverts all of the fabulous queer stereotypes. Whether it’s a Sunday School teacher turned drag detective at night or anything set on a lesbian cruise ship, is up to you.

Bottom line (pun intended) is your writing and visual productions should be well-crafted and engaging. And, of course, have fun!

We’re honored to have guest editors reviewing submissions for this special issue: Henry Alley (fiction), Jillian Lauren (creative nonfiction) and Carol Potter (poetry).

Read our full submission guidelines for more information and submit online now at gertrudepress. org.
