Keith Farrell: Architecture and Art

 

 

Keith Farrell has a Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.

He is an active ARE candidate with the NCARB (National Council Architects Registration Board.)

Following his graduation from USC in 93′, Keith worked as an apprentice carpenter in Southern California.  In 95′ Keith joined the Peace Corps in Paraguay, where he designed and administered several running water and sanitation related projects for the communities that he was assigned to.  Subsequent to his role in the Peace Corps, Keith worked in Ciudad del Este and Asuncion, Paraguay contributing to the design of high rise as well as single family residential buildings through the construction of hand made architectural models for both study and presentation. For two years, Keith also served as an instructor at the Universidad Catolica in Asuncion establishing curriculum for classes in architectural modeling and furniture prototype design. In 2000, Keith moved to the bay area where he has worked for several firms in the following disciplines: semiconductor clean-room laboratories, residential, corporate office, retail, and hospitality.
