Eventually

On my knees under the thunder

unafraid

lightning light

making me blink

a thousand thoughts

this war of man

greed and power

killing and maiming the innocent

crying for help

eventually

very soon

man will bow down

knees bleeding and pleading

for the end

and a new beginning

of Forever Peace.
