The September Field:

From, Mosaics, Journeys through Landscapes Urban and Rural

(A Visual and Written Narrative)

The city too big, in fact I was talking to a few people who know; and we easily determined that what used to be the suburbs, the perimeter and beyond of the metropolis was now through decades of development, itself part and parcel of the city.

I thought it was due to medicine. How? Because if the world had around four billion people in the 1980 decade and it’s doubled or more than doubled, it must be due to advances in medicine. And then people need housing food clothing work recreation travel et cetera and the whole thing life entails.

But that was all for the sociologist, political scientists, all that ilk. And the ambitious could get in there also and try and make money and amass the fortunes. The poet is the opposite in general. Something like an outcast or self-appointed outcast. A tarot card Fool and Magician.  The mystic even further away in mindset, in heart, in goals. Ideally seeks the field and forest, thinks about metaphysical and nature things,- flowers, trees, clouds, souls, spiritual evolution. Perhaps nonsense to the secular, to the worldly or matrix- living- third dimensional reality inhabitants.

Ah see the hill and the September field. Drive out there. Walk the narrow path and it opens. Lots of yellow flowers, Black Eyed Susan’s, they call them, and others. Some interesting butterflies. Some land. Most fly away, keep flying. A blue one a yellow one a multi coloured one. Dirt path in the middle. But muddy if it had rained recently. Maybe walk a little beside it.

Green tree. What’s this?- a cool wind, a true September wind for once!- right across the reeds grasses old sticks grasshoppers dragonfly and verdant alone earth world. Wind, take away any negativity, any karma that can be possibly taken. Be part of a wholistic and natural prayer of fine forest fantastical, of wild whimsical wondrous woodlands!

Then a pause. In the wind. The sun is strong. Roam around a bit look at stones. More small wildflowers. Think. Think. Think of books to get. Of what the diviners said. Of the beloved. Smile. Of shapes of clouds. Of the difference between a malevolent warlock and a light worker, an empath, a starseed. Watch the skies for a bit. It will become time to head out of there. Step lightly. Not heavy footed. Be light kind appreciative observant. Like you are in a church or something. Visiting a temple.  And don’t rush. Offset their pace and way, and make your own, individualistic, like a maverick or wayshower, like a real creative for better or worse. Yes. Why not? In the green and yellow September fields with the winds! Under the infinite sky. The cosmos is not wrong. Nature is not either. Yes in September fields. Away from the crowds. By the breeze and butterflies and bees.
