Story from Bahora Boboyeva

A TERRIBLE DAY

(The story about a fearful incident that happened in Sardoba, Syrdarya region of Uzbekistan)

Aunt Anora got up early in the morning and went into the yard. The yard was sprinkled with water, the smell of basil wafted around, and the bride was trying to bake bread until everyone woke up. The aunt walked towards the yard and went to the house which was built for her youngest son. The house was finished, but there were still some drawbacks. She struggled to build the house on her own, because her husband was dead a few years ago, but her children also looked after her. She really missed his advice. Aunt Anora has not shed tears so far, but today she cried a little because of some reasons.

Taking thought, she could not see how her grandson Fayzullah was coming. His calling her like “Bubidon” makes her happy. Every time she was with her grandson, and this time the sweet voice of this little boy made her wonder. She thanked God for his presence. Anora wanted to make a spectacular wedding for her youngest son and to pamper grandchildren. In fact, this was the dream which she had with her husband.

Heated bread was just baked. Aunt took two loaves of bread and went to her neighbors’ house and gave to them. Despite the fact that they disagreed, she let them to take the loaves of bread:

  • Bless my daughter-in-law, God willing, second bride will be just like she.

Everyone gathered around the table. After breakfast, the members of family went to work. Aunt Anora and her grandson stayed at home.

In the morning Aunt Anora woke up because of a terrible scream. She tried to turn on the light, but she could not find a place to switch on it. The screams got louder, the voices made her more anxious. Someone slammed the door and she was not able to manage and say who it was. There was her youngest son Mirkomil:

  • Mother, are you okay?

The mother was confused for a moment, she did not understand what her child was saying. Mirkomil took her hand and she saw Fayzullah sitting in his father’s arms in the yard and her daughter-in-law running from place to place, not knowing what she was doing, what she was getting, what was happening.

– Mum, hurry up, hurry up. Sardoba… Sardoba is cracked, – Mirsadik could not say another word. He tried to say something but he was not able to.

– Mirkomil, hurry up, brother, hurry up, – putting Fayzullah, he ran into home, tried to pack the various things as soon as possible and urged his wife to hurry:

– Did you get our passports, Komila, did you get passports? Mum, faster, faster!

Neighbors’ voices came from outside, and they cried to one another to hurry, that if they could not leave from there soon, they would be in trouble, so they called everyone to hurry. Furthermore, the police cried by urging people to leave their homes as soon as possible and that time was running out.

Mirsadik hurried, carrying a bag with his son in one hand and a small amount of money and passports in the other, followed by him Komila brought her son’s clothes, and Mirkomil also tried to take something what he saw. They went out the gates. A bus arrived to evacuate people, and the neighbors were getting on the bus one by one.

Mirsadik started looking for his mother. Aunt Anora was gone, he looked around, searched among the people, but her mother was gone. He went back to their house, then to mother’s house to find her, but there was no one. Then he cried: “Mother!”, but there was no sound. He walked towards the yard, went into their bake house, went into the kitchen, shouted “Mother”, and from the yard “Yes, son,” came a silent voice. Aunt Anora was sitting in the house, which had just been built for Mirkomil. She was daydreaming, imagining her future bride, remembering her difficulties which were during the life.

– Mother, what are you doing here? Mother, let’s go, we must leave, – said Mirsadik, trying to bring her up.

– No, my son, I am not going, leave me, I will sit at home, I am not going anywhere, kiss my dear Fayzullah, I love you, – aunt Anora insisted that she will not go.

– No, mommy, you will go with me, if you do not go, we will not too. Let’s go, mother, we need you, mom, let’s go,- said Mirsadik.

At that time Mirkomil came and they left their beloved home getting on the bus.

During the way aunt Anora could not think or imagine anything, she did not stop praying for a minute, she could only wish good luck to her nation, brothers, children…

A terrible situation had happened…

Essay from Safarova Ozoda

Uzbek city, small with a few buildings, and a large terraced mine crater nearby. Overhead view.
When will we realize how important it is to preserve the environment?

Safarova Ozoda, Chirchik State Pedagogical University,
Primary Education Department, Faculty of Primary Education.

Nature is a power that is not bound by civilization, man, or the law. Man seeks to subjugate nature, yet events in Turkey yesterday shown once again that nature is more strong than society. An earthquake struck Turkey's southern and central regions on February 6, 2023. The magnitude of the earthquake, which occurred at 4:17 a.m. Turkish time, was reported to be 7.7, and the second tremor happened 9 hours following the main earthquake. 3381 persons were killed, while 2534 were injured. Several individuals were left under the rubble in Syria as a result of the earthquake. The 7.7 magnitude earthquake caused damage to many buildings both below and above ground, increasing the number of disasters. In terms of damage, the main earthquake was the most destructive in Turkish history, surpassing even the 1939 Erzincan earthquake. According to the "Sino" TV channel, an average 7.8 magnitude earthquake occurs 5 times every year around the world. Seismic activity In the last 25 years, Turkey has had at least seven earthquakes of magnitude 7. Of course, these events had an impact on other parts of the world as well. Earthquakes have been reported in Syria, Afghanistan, and Kazakhstan, in particular. Such calamities are the outcome of human-caused environmental deterioration. Babies were among the countless innocent persons who died young. We blame you for this calamity. - Why is the air we breathe toxic?

Why is the availability of food and water dwindling?
- Look at him, he's striking his own leg with an ax.
When are humans going to stop hurting each other?

There are numerous questions. The answer remains no. The current natural environment in which humans live is the consequence of long geological periods, 4.5-4.7 billion years, caused by the combined action of various causes, namely the creation and alteration of the sun, air, water crust, and external activities. Without human intervention, the impact on the development of organic matter, sunlight falling on the planet, wind blowing, ocean currents, the birth of new plants, climatic change, rocks, relief, and soils on the earth's surface appeared. Evolving existence is not unique to us; in fact, in order to progress, we must help unveil the secrets of nature that we do not understand. The natural balance is disrupted when any of the natural variables alter. Every living being is responsible for maintaining this balance so that we do not disrupt it. A tiny influence on a component of nature can sometimes cause unforeseen changes and destroy the unbroken chain of nature that has existed all year. The natural environment that surrounds any living thing has an impact on it. He obtains what he requires from it. Adapts to its surroundings. To some extent, it alters the circulation of matter and energy in the environment. The present amount of gases in the earth's atmosphere is the result of organisms' living activities, the generation of important minerals such as gold, silver, copper, and coal, as well as the composition and development of the soil layer.

Humanity's existence drastically altered the relationship between the organic world and the natural environment. Because of the incorrect use of pastures by work instruments,People began to have a significant impact on nature. He develops his relationship with nature. As a result, a person's living area expands and he constructs an atmosphere for himself. The amount and quantity of natural elements utilised has risen. As a result, human strain on nature has increased in both quality and quantity. Man constructs an artificial environment in addition to the natural environment in order to live and work. With the advancement of science and technology, for example, the creation of cities, residential buildings, parks, water reservoirs, highways, factories, industries, and other productive forces, The value of natural resources, the places where they are used, and the manner in which they are used have all changed. goes They employed only a few of the sarcastic elements or other natural means in ancient times, but now they use all of them. Thus, in addition to violating nature's laws and causing damage to it, leads to the destruction of humans as well as nature.

Today, we argue that huge calamities are caused by nature's whims, but the truth is that they are created by people's disregard for nature. In a nutshell, man kills not only nature or animals, plants, and other living things, but also himself. It is vital to protect the Earth's resources, including water, flora and fauna, atmospheric air pollution, and harm, from damage, destruction, and incorrect use. Reserves, national, historical-natural, and memorial parks, botanical and zoological parks, zoological gardens, and specifically protected natural regions and animal and plant objects listed in the International Red Book should be enlarged.

The goal of nature protection is to create favorable conditions for the rational and non-destructive use of nature for human health, ecological balance, and the interests of sustainable socio-economic development, as well as to preserve the richness of species and genetic fund of living nature, ecological systems, landscapes, and it is necessary to preserve the unique diversity of nature, as well as to preserve the cultural heritage related to natural objects, which have been given to mankind. Carry out these actions. Nature has provided us with everything. As a result, we must learn to be grateful for the blessings that have been bestowed upon us. Preserve the environment and use its resources properly. Individuals should make a concerted effort to conserve and enrich the wealth and environment in general, as well as its beauty and purity, for their own advantage. People today prioritize their own interests above all else, yet the consequences are tragic.

Also, let us recognize our insignificance. Let us leave the magnificent nature's secrets to future generations. Let us work together to protect the environment.

Let us defend ourselves against death!

Poetry from Sabina Abdulazizova

Life

When I leave life and the world,
If I don't hold flowers in your hands.
Don't be offended, take my head.
If I pour out like a spring and donʼt flow back.

Well, don't remember, don't be sad,
They say "he is no longer in the world".
Look up at the sky and smile softly,
Say: "Dreams are enough today."

If my soul turns into a butterfly
I come to you every day, you know.
Don't even look at your face
If your daughter forgets like me.

Poetry from Charos Makhamova

You are always my hope and supporter,
You are my sun and the light of my heart.
I always melt with you kindness,
I love you for sake of God.

You enchanting face always shines,
I will fall in love with your beautiful eyes.
I love you for sake of God,
And God is in your heart, my righteous.

I will love you till my lasts breath,
I feel loved, when you kiss my forehead.
You are my hero and my brave protector,
I love you for sake of God.

You are the remedy of my pain,
I want to see happiness in your eyes.
I love you for sake of God,
Letʼs value and love each other always.

“Education is the passport to the future, because tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today,” said Malcolm X.

We know that many countries are paying a lot of attention to the education sector. Because education is the main path that leads a person to perfection and success.[4,12] There is a person who seeks   birth  the end of his life, and this shows him and his country to what extent they have little place in science. Currently, 80 percent of the world’s countries are conducting scientific research on language learning and teaching in the field of education. Among these, one of the most urgent issues is the perfect teaching of foreign languages in young children. As our fathers and grandfathers used to say, “To know a language is to know a hand.” Language is the cork of society. That’s why learning a language from an early age is like learning many countries and societies. Even in this case, UNESCO is significantly showing its small role in language learning to the young generation with little actions. Also, young children are distinguished by the fact that they acquire their world views and thinking skills through language. This indicates that they are getting an effective education.

If we talk about the effect and effectiveness of learning multiple languages in children at an early age, many children in the world make many friends by learning different languages, and this is beneficial for them. Especially in young children, despite the fact that they have a lot of love and desire for science, they differ in the speed of brain activity.[2,42] One of the most important parts of this field is multilingualism. In this direction, children lose a number of abilities. For example, social skills are social skills in which a student communicates with representatives of English, Russian, and French languages, and they increase their communication skills through each other’s thoughts. The second, deep thinking, helps to increase the world view and the speed of brain activity through the ability to think deeply. The more languages a child learns, the more their thinking and analytical-synthesis abilities of the brain increase. It is also worth noting that they will suddenly have the opportunity to learn a new word in a difficult language. As you can see, this gives them great opportunities in language learning. As a result, their multilingual skills increase.

We all know that learning and teaching a language with methods provides many facilities for science. This allows us to organize quickly and without difficulties in a certain pattern. Nowadays, there are many principles of language teaching, they are as follows:

  1. Hearing method
  2. The method of using visual textbooks
  3. Game method
  4. Poem memorization method

Listening –this is one of the most effective methods. Children use different types of music and audio. For example, if the given topic is about the external organs of the body, they will hear and repeat the words through audio broadcasting. The visual principle also depends on this method, in which they find the parts of the body through the screen or through the teacher’s hand movements, looking at the words they hear. In addition, they conduct broadcast lessons along with video viewing .

The method of learning a language with words is considered one of the most common methods and is used by almost all countries of the world. Because the main goal of learning foreign languages is to memorize words. That is why our current method is based on it. For example, in this month, there are baskets of artificial fruits, which children take one by one and say their names in different languages.

The poem memorization method is one of the most common and productive principles, which is especially useful for memorizing lyrics. If we consider this as an example in one language, you will have a clearer understanding through this. For example, when we ask young children how many days are in the month, they almost always get confused. Therefore, by memorizing the following poem, they will have complete information and knowledge.

“Thirty days have September, “, April, June and November, All the rest have thirty – one, February has twenty – eight alone.”O`ttiz kun bor sentyabr Aprel, Iyun va Noyabr, Qolganlarning hammasida o`ttiz bitta Fevralda yigirma sakkiz bor.”

All these principles are considered very effective and useful and are now applied to all PEI.

What do you think are the advantages of speaking with children of different nationalities? You will find out the answer to this question through the following information. There are countries in the world that are not only made up of a few nationalities, but live in harmony with many nationalities. Currently, many parents send their children to multicultural preschools to learn languages. For example, in one PEI, young generations belonging to Uzbek, Russian, Korean, Azerbaijani, Tajik, and other nationalities are receiving education together in an educational institution and are being cared for. They are gradually enriching their world views. The most important thing is that each PEI has trainers who know several languages. A number of researches conducted on young children show that a representative of one nationality freely and friendly learns the language of a representative of another nationality without difficulty, through the actions, gestures and pronunciation of a representative of another nationality. And this gives convenience to young children. It serves for them to organize the language without fear or hesitation. It means that our future is bright and shiny.[3,53]

Education is the future!

“The right to education is one of the basic rights of a person. Education is a priority area of social-economic, spiritual and cultural development of the society in the Republic of Uzbekistan.” – Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Indeed, education is one of our basic rights, and we have the right to freely use it. First of all, the age of education in Uzbekistan starts from the age of 3. “Children from 3 to 7 years old are admitted to state kindergartens. The age and order of admission to private kindergartens are determined independently by these kindergartens. – Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The goal of getting children interested in science from an early age and developing their intellectual abilities has been put forward, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev Miromonovich is mainly paying attention to the young generations and the facilities he is creating. Our president is creating opportunities for free education and its promotion. The relevance of the topic is that early education means opening new doors for the future. Especially in younger children, the strength of memory is different compared to older children. For example, young children who are learning a second language learn the second language quickly and easily because of the speed of their brains. That is why the implementation of education from an early age is considered the main goal and is being implemented.[1, 32]

In short, the main goal is to teach foreign languages to young children in an effective way from an early age, and to make them interested in the language through interesting games – this serves to quickly and easily organize the language. This makes them a support in their development as children and representatives of the great future.
