A beautiful conversation is going on between father and son. The son asked the father, "Did you have such modern technology in your time?"

"It was not as much as I see it now," said the father.

The curious boy asks again, "How did people survive without technology then?"

"At that time, farmers plowed the fields or ploughed, doctors gave first aid and letters were sent by post."

The son said, "Haven't these all gone away with the passage of time?"

"They have gone away, but it has benefited people a lot. Earlier, you had to stand in line and send a letter by post, but now you can send it to anyone through the internet. Thanks to the use of tractors in agriculture. The work is speeding up. Also, we are getting high yielding crops. The doctor is giving us treatments for of all the difficult diseases now easily with the new devices for diagnosing diseases."

The son asked the father again, "Well, can this modern technology never harm people?"

"There will be no fault, because technology is only driven by human beings. The inventors have developed technology with a lot of effort and hard work. There may come a time when there will be no more technology to be invented. The youth will not work hard. So I will tell our next generation about these things. They need to be informed in advance."

"Yes, Dad, I understand, we have to use technology properly at all times."
