Silent memories flood over us, moving in parallel with our existence; by life’s end, they abound so greatly they far surpass the life actually lived.
Silent memories that dwell within, almost always steeped in sorrow; they insult the present, and—for certain— their heavy burden knows no bounds.
Like herds, they charge against the conscience, and the mind buckles—such onslaughts— Can they ever be forgotten?…
Oh, the endless debates! Fear hangs in the air. Impatience. A key… (Delete). Memory— Who dares to erase it? Click on history?
