A healthy body is a healthy mind.
Great grandfathers say.
This is the proof of his words
Many sages have seen.
If you get up and run in the morning,
Even if you swim in the water with
friends
You will be healthy
Your eyes wonʼt be wet.
You will grow up
Both strong and gentle.
Canʼt be an obstacle
Even the mountain, and also
nowhere.
The disease cannot reach to you
It doesnʼt go your way.
You will get good health
Take the opportunity.
Palma de Mallorca 1992
Those soft sand beaches
and delicious food, the
cathedrals have now been
closed for renovation, it’s
1992 again and we were young-
we sailed the nights and travel
the world, some call us "squids";
I call us nomadic wandering
conformists. We shall fight tooth
and nail, we shall die upon the
high seas for her, that land of liberty.
Blood red Sangría sunsets rue the
day, my love; I leave you now, oh
my love, my Spain, but someday I shall
return whether it be in dreams or upon my
death bed confession, I shall.
Meanwhile in the D.C. Airport
No longer in France-
No longer in Switzerland-
I'm existing again, lingering
in the purgatory of the Nation’s
Capital-
awaiting my flight in D.C.
back to the Midwest, back
into the doldrums of that
familiar life-
I listen to an elderly couple
with very thick Boston accents,
the lady scolds her husband
every time he asks a question.
One time he asks-
How far is it to the bathroom?
She asks a young man nearby,
a non-employee of the airport-
Where's the bathroom at!?
The young man sheepishly
replies-
I think it's halfway down that
corridor ma'am.
The woman asks her husband-
Do yuh think ya can make that
fah!?
Before he can utter a word, she
answers her own question with-
I don't think ya can Morty!
Poor old Mortimer then murmurs-
So, what do we do now, just
wait here?
She sharply replies-
Yes, we wait here, because
there's nothing else to do!
The old man slumps lower
in the airport chair, like a
scolded child waiting his turn
in which to board the aircraft,
his cane is perched on his right
side, his stronger side.

WHEN I SAW YOU
When I Saw You…
Your face..
took the place of the moon.
Be gentle and don't place me in darkness
when I approach.
Sprinkle the stars
on the path that lights my way to you.
Lead me to you!
Your eyes...
became the desert
Where I now wander,
and where the night breeze
keeps me company until I find
your footsteps that lead me
to where you wait.
Wait for me!
Your lips...
were the place
where our love began
Do not keep them from me
They are the wellspring of your
sweet elixir from which I will be sustained,
and the place where the sweet sound of your poems
are kept until they are whispered softly in my ear
Never keep them from me!
Your chest...
hid the the doorway to your heart
where every emotion of love and gentle
touch emerges for me on
and where my hand rests over the beat.
Open your door for me and then quickly lock it
behind me so that no one else can ever enter
Throw away the key!
Your Arms..
held me and are comforting to me
They are strong and warm my body
They wrap around me like a vine
pulling me closer to the firmness of your being
They feel familiar around me
Pull me closer!
Your hands...
felt warm like the sun
They touch me lightly, like the soft feather of a dove
making me tremble deep inside with each caress
At times, they grasp me like a torrent storm
gripping me as tight as handcuffs around my wrists
leaving me breathless and crying out for more
Never let me go!
Your flame..
ignites my sweet dreams at night
which woke the passion inside of me that faded,
Your flame gave light to my soul
It's the fire that keeps my heart throbbing for your touch and
a heat inside that can never be extinguished by any other
Satisfy the yearning inside of me!

Life
Just like the life of a human being born,
Tree is falling
will go in the autumn.
In every leaf, a human life
My mind is a dream
irrigated.
Sometimes buried himself in the questions
life,
This is the fate of every human being.
The leaves of the tree are a lesson to
us,
Disappear
like a knot is sorrows.
🌹My loving mother🌹
My mother is my greatest asset in the world. She supports me every step of the way. Encourages by my side day and night in any situation. My mother is the symbol of love and sincerity for me. She is ready to give us everything but she does not ask for anything in return. When I m afraid of the dark she becomes my light and saves me from that darkness. If I can't sleep at night she doesn't leave my side until I fall asleep.
Most importantly my mother encourages me to be thorough in every way and to learn. Every mother is a special person for her children. On my days of failure my mother always tells me to try again until you reach your goal you gain experience from the knowledge you have gained due to failure. My mother is the most beautiful woman in the world. Mothers always come to help even if they are not with us my mother is such a person that she can replace everyone but no one can replace her. If they told me to hug the world I would go and hug my mother. If I come into the world once I would like you to be my mother a thousand times more. I am proud to have a mother like you. You are the number one person for me. I love you so much. My dear mother.
A mother is a jocular and kind person who gives life lessons. A coach who always shows the right way who can always help young and old a like. A loving mother who pleases everyone in the family. Mother is a precious stone in everyone's life. She is the main source of happiness for the child. It is probably impossible to find a mother who does not love her child with all her heart. Even though my mother is not physically strong she is able to overcome any obstacles for her life and family.
Mothers heart and mothers love are waves like an incomparable ocean. The first melody heard by the baby is the melody that sounds in the mother's heart with a soft voice. When we mention this holy world my loving mother who is the only one dear to me in the world is incarcerated before my eyes. My mother protects me when I stumble and gives her advice. My mother is the person I trust the most she always listens to me and supports me. They cheer me on when I succeed and support me when I fail. I love you very much dear mother.

Found Objects
On each beach they’ve been different.
at home there
washed up gently by lapping waves
or thrown by high seas.
Now they’re at home
in my house.
Each beach together,
captured memories now.
.........
Daylight
It starts with one.
One skylark singing.
Then the robins
and blackbirds
the early birds,
then the wrens
and warblers.
Listen.
Can you hear them still?
Don’t sleep.
Don’t wait
to hear
the silence.
........
Night Light
There are light spaces in the dark
Places for light to shine through,
for stars to dance,
for neons to cast
their artificial glow.
Hidden places where glowworms
call to their mates.
And the infinite space where lightening cuts
through the night time storm like glass
and finds a home
in some dark
place and lights
it up.
